Two BNP leaders stripped off party posts in B'baria
Two BNP leaders in Sarail upazila were stripped off their party posts for failure to reply satisfactorily to a show-cause notice served to them recently.
They are Sarail BNP president and secretary Md Safiuddin and Mino Mia.
They had been served with the show-cause notice by Brahman-baria district BNP committee on charge of violating party discipline. According to party sources, they clashed in front of State Minister for Land Advocate Md Abdus Sattar Buiyan at an Iftar party here during the month of Ramadan.
