Unnatural death of railway employee

The victim is Monoanjan Saker, 40, a signal mechanic of Railway Department and an inhabitant of village Rowshanbag under Palashbari upazila.

He was killed after being dashed by a running train during maintenance work in signal line along the railway track.

At that time, 713 up Korotoa Inter-city express train was passing through the station when he was dashed by its locomotive power. He sustained severe head injury and died on the spot.
