Little headway in journalist Belal murder case

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) and police officials are quizzing outlaw Rafiqul Islam alias Hasan who was taken on two-day remand.

'Hasan has given nothing important about the bomb attack incident on journalists at Khulna Press Club which led to Belal's death,' an interrogator told this to local newsmen on condition of anonymity.

But Khulna Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Iqbal Hossain who is also the Investigation Officer (IO) of the case told this correspondent he has no authority to disclose anything about interrogation of any accused.
