15 hurt in BNP factional clash in Satkhira
At least 15 leaders and activists of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal (JCD) were injured in a clash between two rival factions of BNP student front on the Mohsin College campus in Shyamnagar upazila yesterday.
The injured persons are Yusuf, Tihin, Masud, Sanjoy, Sohag and others.
Quoting local people police said, the classes ensued when a group of JCD activists led by the college unit general secretary (GS) Masud assaulted another, activist Sohag, allegedly for misbehaving with Masud.
Police and local BNP leaders rushed to the spot and brought the situation under control.
