UPDF founding anniversary observed

On this day in 1997, the UDDF was formed aiming at self-rule of Zummah (indigenous) people. Prasit Bikash Khisha became the chief of the party at its very inception.

Various programmes were chalked out to mark the day. The programmes included hoisting of national and party flags and discussion.
