Market looted in Comilla
Armed miscreants looted goods and property worth about T, 45 lakh from shops at Companigonj Bazar in Muradnagar upazila in the district Monday night.
About 10 armed men on board a microbus entered the market in the guise of buyers at about 11 pm, police said.
They confined shop owners on gun point and looted valuables including jewelery and Tk 15,00,000. Eight villagers were injured in the clash with miscreants.
