AL cancels programme as BNP calls meeting at same venue

AL called the meeting a week ago where BNP lawmaker Shamsuddin Ahmed who joined AL recently was supposed to be present as chief guest while district AL president Golam Mohiuddin was supposed to be present as special guest.

Shivalya police asked both the party leaders to abstain themselves from holding the meetings.
