A tribute to late Mahbubul Alam

Late Mahbubul Alam was a gentleman par excellence. He was a person with a pure heart and great human qualities. His accomplishment as the editor of The Independent was remarkable. He was well conversant with the actual language of journalism and knew how to present the facts before public. His death has deeply saddened me. I pay my deepest respect to him and pray for the salvation of his departed soul.
