Ban battery-run rickshaws from Ctg

Rickshaw is a popular mode of transport in our country. It is an environment-friendly vehicle although many say that rickshaws are the reason for nagging traffic gridlock in major cities. Nowadays, horrendous battery-run rickshaws are plying across the port city, which have outnumbered the traditional rickshaws. Recurrent accidents caused by these battery-run rickshaws have already created fear in public mind.
The battery needs charging and so the rickshaw-pullers are charging their batteries from the national grid illegally. The city authorities seem indifferent to the safety of the citizens. These deadly rickshaws should be banned from the streets of Chittagong.
