Black marketing of T20 tickets

I love cricket and desperately wanted to watch the India-Pakistan match being present at the stadium. I visited the official site of T20 WC where they said the tickets were “sold out". I dropped the idea of watching the match from the stadium. But I saw some people were still getting tickets paying exorbitant prices. Now that's interesting. I understood that black market is at work. To many people it is quite normal. I have noticed on Facebook that people are openly selling tickets in black market. One of my friends said, "It's Bangladesh, what do you expect?"
