Polar sweetens premium range with two new flavours

Polar Ice Cream Bangladesh has expanded its premium portfolio with the launch of two new products -- Robusto Pista Kunafa and Chocolate Finesta.

Inspired by the global Dubai chocolate trend, Robusto Pista Kunafa features a rich chocolate coating, a creamy pistachio filling and a crispy kunafa-inspired texture, offering a premium dessert experience.

Chocolate Finesta, available in a one-litre tub, combines rich chocolate ice cream with crunchy chocolate crumble and a layer of chocolate dust, targeting chocolate lovers.

Shah Masud Imam, chief operating officer of the company, inaugurated the products at a programme held recently in Gulshan, Dhaka, and highlighted the company's focus on innovation, according to a press release.

“Innovation has always been central to how Polar Ice Cream creates value for consumers. With Robusto Pista Kunafa and Chocolate Finesta, we are introducing globally inspired premium experiences while remaining committed to exceptional quality, innovation and great taste,” he said.

“Our purpose is not simply to launch new products, but to create moments of happiness through every innovation.”

He added that the company would continue investing in product development and drawing on global trends to offer Bangladeshi consumers premium ice cream experiences that match evolving tastes.

Md Abdullah Al Mamun, head of marketing at the company, Rashed Sarwar, head of sales and distribution, Kazi Saiful Islam, head of human resources and information technology, Mohammad Moinul Islam, general manager of factory and project, Sayed Imtiaj Hossain, head of supply chain, Mohammad Iftekhar Ahsan, head of plant operation, and Nizamul Islam, head of internal audit, along with other senior executives, were also present at the launching ceremony.
