Reckitt Benckiser (Bangladesh) okays 1,650% cash dividend

The shareholders of Reckitt Benckiser (Bangladesh) PLC approved 1,650 per cent cash dividend for the year ending on December 31, 2021.

They also okayed the audited financial statements of the company.

The company gave the approvals in an annual general meeting organised virtually on April 27.

Reckitt Benckiser (Bangladesh) Chairperson Rahul Mathur, Managing Director Vishal Gupta, Independent Directors CQK Mustaq Ahmed and Nazim Uddin Chowdhury, Directors Pradeep Krishnamurthi, Afreen Huda and Sourav Mitra, Chief Financial Officer and Director Tanmay Gupta and Company Secretary Md Nazmul Arefin were present at the meeting.
