Runner Automobile wins National Industrial Productivity and Quality Excellence Award 2020

Local motorcycle manufacturer and exporter Runner Automobile Ltd has won the "National Industrial Productivity and Quality Excellence Award 2020" in the large industrial category given by the industries ministry.

The award was given to Runner Automobile in recognition of its contribution to industry, services and development of the product quality.

Hafizur Rahman Khan, chairman of Runner Group, received the award from Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun, industries minister, in a ceremony held at the Pan Pacific Sonargaon in Dhaka on May 29.

"Runner Automobile Ltd is proud to be a part of the country's economic development," Khan said after receiving the award.

"The private sector is always striving for the infrastructural development of the country and we are working tirelessly to accelerate the development in the automotive sector."

Reazul Haque Chowdhury, managing director and CEO of Runner Automobile, was also present.
