Christmas an occasion for joy

Christians in Bangladesh celebrate Christmas the same way as it's done around the world: decorating the Christmas tree with lights and gifts for children, the lights on the windows, the cards in the mail, grand dinners with family and friends, and with shouts of “Merry Christmas.” But for many people Christmas is a time of sorrow. Because they don't have the extra money to buy presents for their children, family, and friends. Many are saddened at Christmas time when they think of their loved ones who died. Yet, Christmas can be a season of great joy because of the birth of Jesus Christ.
