4 killed in road accidents

Four people were killed in road accidents in four districts yesterday.

In Pabna, Mia Hossain, 35, of Mymensingh was killed and five others were injured as a bus skidded off the highway and fell into a ditch at Muladuli point.

In Naogaon Sadar, Mohammad Abdullah, 16, son of Habibur Rahman of Chak Gobindapur village was killed and two people were injured when an army vehicle hit a three-wheeler carrying them at Enyaetpur intersection.

In Benapole, Tasim Hossain, 14, son of Maulana Tasar Hossain of Amdanga village was killed when a truck rammed his motorcycle on Jessore-Khulna highway at Panchkabar in Nawapara industrial area.

In Mymensingh, Abdur Rashid Akanda, 55, of Kodalia was killed when a truck rammed his bicycle on at Kodalia in Tarakanda.
