8 BCL men denied bail in Sylhet university student murder case

A Sylhet court yesterday rejected bail petition of eight BCL men in a case filed over the murder of a Sylhet International University student, and sent them to jail, said court sources.

On January 20, Kazi Habib, a BBA 4th year student and a Bangladesh Chhatra League activist, was stabbed to death allegedly by a group led by Sagor on the campus.
