Beanibazar Gonojagoron Mancha protests Nazim Uddin killing

Leaders and activists of Beanibazar Gonojagoron Mancha yesterday formed a human chain protesting the killing of secular activist and Jagannath University student Nazim Uddin Samad.
Speakers at the human chain at Beanibazar Upzila Bazar also demanded justice for the slain activist.
Hasan Shahriar, spokesperson of the mancha, said the government has failed to ensure security and justice for the progressive writers and activists. The killings will curb freedom of speech if the justice is delayed or denied.
Mentionable, Nazimuddin was killed by assailants in Old Dhaka on Wednesday.
