CCC to introduce new policy for educational institutions: Nasir

Chittagong City Corporation will introduce a new policy to ensure quality education in all educational institutions run by it, said newly elected mayor AJM Nasir Uddin yesterday.

He was addressing a meeting with the heads of the institutions and officials of the CCC education department in the city's Theatre Institute.

He, however, did not mention the time when the policy will be formulated.

Presently, CCC runs 13 colleges, 42 higher secondary schools, 8 kindergarten and primary schools, a university and a technical institute.
