Ctg woman 'commits suicide'

A woman committed suicide by hanging herself from the ceiling of her house following a quarrel with her husband in Chandgaon area of Chittagong city on Sunday night.

The deceased was Shahin Akther, 25, of Satkania upazila.

Family members said Shahin's husband Mohammed Azad -- a RMG worker -- did not take her to his home even after three years of their marriage.

On Sunday, the couple had a quarrel over the phone and at night Shahin killed herself.
