Five personalities honoured

bbarta24.net, a news portal, on Wednesday honoured five personalities with gold medals for their contributions to their respective fields, says a press release.

They are Birangana Roma Chowdhury, freedom fighter; actor Akbar Hossain Pathan Farooque, Director General (Admin) of the PMO Kabir Bin Anwar in ICT; bdnews24 Editor-in-Chief Toufique Imrose Khalidi in journalism, and cricketer Mashrafe Bin Mortaza in sports.

Roma Chowdhury handed over gold medals to the other awardees at a fuction in the capital.
