Four Nigerians arrested in capital

Four Nigerians among five people were arrested from a flat in the capital's Shah Ali area yesterday night for extorting money from people.

They are Nigerian citizens Muhammad are Auwalu Adamu, Odibobhahemen James, Olorunfemi Daniel,Mohammad Adamu, and Bangladeshi, Jayon Ara Riya.

Police Bureau of Investigation also seized four laptops, eight mobile phones, many Subscriber Identification Modules and pen drives after a case lodged with Paltan Police Station, said Ahsan Habib Palash, special superintendent of Specialised Investigation and Operation division of PBI, at a press conference.
