Freedom fighter Robidas passes away

Mohabeer Robidas, a freedom fighter, died from a cardiac arrest at his Shamsernagar tea garden residence in Kamalganj upazila of Moulvibazar on Monday. He was 85.

He left behind his wife, three sons and a host of relatives, friends and admirers.

Robidas participated in the 1971 Liberation War under sector-4 in Moulvibazar.
