Jouro Bazlur's birthday today

Different organisations will celebrate the 75th birth anniversary of late Bazlur Rahman, former editor of the daily Sangbad, today.

The Sangbad, and Bazlur Rahman Foundation along with his wife Agriculture Minister Matia Chowdhury will place floral wreaths at his grave at Mirpur Martyred Intellectuals' Graveyard at 8:30am.

Children will celebrate his birthday at 5:00pm at Kendrio Kochi Kachar Mela in the city's Segunbagicha followed by a discussion on his life.
