Mamun new PMO dy press secretary

Mamun-or-Rashid, former first secretary (press) of Bangladesh Mission in the United Nations, has been appointed deputy press secretary of the press wing at the Prime Minister's Office (PMO).

The public administration ministry yesterday issued a gazette notification about his one-year contractual appointment.

A former student of Mass Communication and Journalism department at Dhaka University, Mamun worked as a senior reporter of Daily Janakantha before joining the mission.
