Man shot in capital

Unidentified miscreants shot a man in the capital's Mohakhali Wireless Gate area early yesterday.

Tofazzal, 40, a chauffeur, was admitted to Dhaka Medical College Hospital with two bullet wounds in his shoulder, said Assistant Commissioner of Gulshan Zone Police Rafiqul Islam.

The victim was shot when he was going home riding his motorcycle after work. Police said Tofazzal might have involved in another business earlier where he had enemies.

Victim's wife Farida Begum said the miscreants didn't take any of his possessions.
