Obituary

Prof Abdur Nur of public administration department of Chittagong University died at a private hospital in the capital yesterday morning, due to health complexities, aged 66.

He left behind his wife, two daughters and a son.

He was buried at his family graveyard in Raojan upazila yesterday, following a namaj-e-janaza at CU central mosque after Magrib prayer.

CU Vice-Chancellor Prof Iftekhar Uddin Chowdhury, Pro-VC Shirin Akhter, teachers association, and Registrar (acting) Prof Kamrul Huda, expressed their condolences.
