Obituary

Prof Md Ali Azam, former pro-vice chancellor of the Bangladesh University of Business and Technology (BUBT), died from old age complications in a hospital of Dhaka yesterday, aged 79.

Prof Azam was also a member of the board of trustees of BUBT, says a press release. He will be buried in his family graveyard in his hometown today.
