Palestinian ambassador completes tenure in Bangladesh
Palestinian Ambassador Shaher Mohammad is leaving Bangladesh after discharging nine-and-a-half-year-long diplomatic assignment in the country.
Shaher is considered as the longest serving diplomat in Bangladesh. He has also served as the dean of diplomatic corps and will leave soon, said the foreign ministry.
The outgoing envoy yesterday met Foreign Minister AH Mahmood Ali and also thanked Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina for providing facilities to train Palestinian military officials in Bangladesh.
