Rawshan Rahman Eva passes away

Rawshan Rahman Eva, wife of Economic Affairs Adviser to the Prime Minister Dr Mashiur Rahman, passed away at a hospital in Dhaka yesterday morning.

She was 74, said a press release.

She left behind her husband, a son, a daughter, and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn her death.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader yesterday expressed deep shock and sorrow at the death of Rawshan Rahman Eva.

In separate messages of condolence, they prayed for the eternal peace of the departed soul, and conveyed their deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
