Submit probe report on 3 Netrakona war crime suspects May 26: Court

The International Crimes Tribunal-1 yesterday asked the prosecution to submit an investigation report, if there were any, on May 26 in a case filed against three Netrakona men over war crimes in 1971.

It fixed the date after prosecutor Mukhlesur Rahman Badal sought time for the submission. The accused are Hedayet Ullah Anju and his brother Enayet Ullah Manju and Sohrab Fakir of Atpara upazila. Sohrab is now in jail while the brothers are on the run.
