A woman killed her neighbour's teenage son in Chittagong city yesterday, in revenge for the punishment she had been given for stealing a mobile phone of the boy's family, said police.
Azim Hossain, 14, son of Azad Hossain, a vegetable trader, was found dead with his throat slit when other family members returned to their house in Didar Colony.

Bayezid police arrested Roni Akter, 20.
Officer-in-Charge Mohammad Mohsin said during primary interrogation, Roni said she was angry because she was fined Tk 3,000 by arbitrators despite returning the phone after stealing.
Police sent the body for autopsy and are investigating whether anyone else was involved in the murder.
