Worker hit by factory vehicle dies

A female worker died at Enam Medical College Hospital yesterday after she was injured when a factory vehicle hits her in the factory compound on Monday night.

Rubina Akter of Tangail was hit with another female co-worker by a pick-up van when the driver was parking it at Bengal Polymer Washer Ltd in Joydevpur of Gazipur, said officials of the company.

They were rushed to the hospital where Rubina died.
