Another story of shootout. Life seems very cheap here in Bangladesh, especially to the security forces. Extrajudicial killing is now everyday's shooting practice. Father, mother, brother, sister, wife and children are crying for their loss but nobody listens or thinks about them. Does anyone know how many lives will have to be sacrificed before it will stop?

Why would we criticise Al-Zawahiri's questionable video while Sheikh Selim is giving a live threat to cut peoples' limbs if they oppose his party in power. It's nothing but an act of terrorism that needs legal action. We are anxiously waiting to hear from our brave news editors, NHRC, legal experts and perhaps the PM herself about this. Is there someone with enough courage to take the matter to court where it might be accepted as a lawsuit against him?
