Good that this corrupt fellow is sent to jail but what about the corrupt black cat? I hope and pray that this government is not the last government in Bangladesh and the next non-AL government will reinvestigate the black cat scandal and punish all perpetrators.

Several questions come to my mind: i) It is a routine function of the police to arrest rapists so why is a court order or human right investigation necessary? ii) Who are these rapists? Ruling party leaders? They are so powerful that the police are protecting them instead of arresting them? iii) Do we live under jungle law that after raping the mother, the rapists ask her to send her daughter to them to be raped?

We just want to see the IGP's reaction. This is our tradition that the criminals are always privileged due to police support and especially when the victim is from a minority group. Anyway, enough is enough, we want to see that the culprits get capital punishment sooner.
