If the government is so bankrupt, then why has it gone for hosting the games? Just for false pride? The entire process of fund collection is illegal and corrupt. No doubt, it's extortion by the state.

If a minister collects money from private sectors, what the private sectors would do in return? They would ask unwarranted advantage from the government. That's why these activities are regarded as illegal and unethical. Of course, for someone, law and ethics is all rubbish!
