S.M. Iftekhar Ahmed
If this is the sort of ability that they are going to display, Bangladeshi supporters will despair instead of rejoicing, because the Almighty knows how much humiliating performance they are going to put up.

OpeeMonir
It was not at all unexpected because this is not the first time Bangladesh team played cricket irresponsibly; yet they call themselves Tigers? There is a lot to learn yet.

SunLion
The nation might be blushing but the team isn't. There is nothing in this world that can make this team blush.

SM
BD team members need to learn professionalism from Shakib and Mushfiqur. They just can't play like little kids anymore because they are in the big league. Be serious, guys.

“Khaleda, Tarique indicted” (March 20, 2014)

Barkat
Any form of corruption in this poor nation should be condemned. But these dramas of cases against Khaleda and her son have different motives.
They are not for ending corruption but opposition. When Khaleda will get to power she will have abundant chances to harass her opposition which has broken all previous records in corruption. Unfortunately, in these melodramas, the nation in general and democracy in particular is deprived of strong check and balance by opposition.

Hiron
If Khaleda or Tarique are truly involved in corruption, then they should be punished but the problem again is how much do we trust the government? Padma, railway and other widely known cases are still either pending or cleared by the government officials.

“Hindu temple vandalised in Bagerhat” (March 22, 2014)

Shahin Huq
Hindu temples have become a political tool for accusation and counter-accusation. Ruling party thugs have vandalised many temples only to put the blame on political rivals. The Hindu community should be more pro-active so that their religious sites may not be used as a pawn for the political gains.
