Here again the Guardian Angel (UGC) is wallowing in the mud. What difference will be made by the committee report if they don't purge their own house? Who will make sure that the committee members will not line their pockets by taking more bribes?

Absolutely! Corruption all the way. Different fees are increased arbitrarily without prior notice. Serious and in-depth investigation must be done even on the quality of the teachers and teaching.

Excellent report. Formalin is just one of many other chemicals used for food adulteration. As Mr Rashid-E-Mahbub said, we need to ensure the safety along the whole food chain. I don't think current move of empowering DCs and TNOs is the solution. I completely agree with Mr Rashid-E-Mahbub that enforcement of the Food Safety Act through an independent and efficient authority could only improve food safety status.
