Only in countries like ours, they build roads with one year's validity. We should call international tenders and follow international standard when we intent to build roads.

Why? AL was in power last 6 years and they could not fix the highways? I guess they were busy in proverbial “Highway Robbery”.

So, all 'endeavours' of the honourable Communications Minister ended in a smoke while he, for the last few years, made hectic 'visits' to the work-sites to see for himself, accompanied by a host of media people to show us how 'active' he and his colleagues are. Finally, we find that those are for 'show' only - not for the public.

Thanks to the highest court's concern for the nation's health and the ensuing directive. The scale of the abuse of harmful chemicals is so high and deadly that this law should have been proposed and passed in the parliament long back. The poisoning of food is no less criminal than cold blooded murder.

Me and many people like me are waiting to see the result of the law suit filed against the sub inspector. Peace will come in Bangladesh only if these types of people are punished.
