Elderly couple with high temperature sent to hospital from Dhaka airport

An elderly couple who landed at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport early today were sent to hospital after authorities detected that they had fever.

The couple returned in a flight from Saudi Arabia, confirmed Dr Shamima, who works at the airport health desk.

With the duo, a total of five persons -- including a two-year-old -- were hospitalised after being detected with symptoms by airport authority, following their return from abroad.
