Arms, bullets seized in C'nawabganj

Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) recovered two pistols, two bullets and five kilograms of cumin seeds from Ganjer Bazar area in Gomostapur upazila of the district early yesterday.

On secret information, the border guards raided the area and seized the firearms and bullets around 1:30am.

However, none was arrested in this connection, said Lt Col Zahid Hasan, commanding officer of BGB-43 Battalion.
