Man beaten to death

A man was beaten to death allegedly by his father-in-law and brother-in-law at Farmpara in Sadar upazila early yesterday.The deceased was identified as Tutul Hossain, son of late Abdul Khalek of the area. Saiful Islam, officer-in-charge of Chuadanga Sadar Police Station, said Tutul's wife Nazma Khatun recently went to her father's house at Farmpara following a family feud. On Saturday, when Tutul went to his in-laws house to bring back Nazma, he locked in an altercation with his father-in-law Nur Mia.At one stage, Nur Mia and his son beat up Tutul, leaving him critically injured. Locals took Tutul to Chuadanga Sadar Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
