Man commits 'suicide'

A man allegedly committed suicide at Chhoto Singia village in Baliadangi upazila early yesterday.  

The deceased was identified as Shariful Islam, 60, son of late Babor Ali of the village.

He was suffering from acute depression, said locals.

Police said Shariful committed suicide by hanging himself from a jackfruit tree near his house at around 5:00am.
