Polytechnic student drowns

A student of Jessore Polytechnic Institute drowned in the River Bhairab at Nawapara industrial town in the district yesterday morning. The victim is Naim Morol, 20, student of Jessore Polytechnic Institute, and son of Abdur Razzak Morol of Shankarpasha village in Abhoynagar upazila. Police and locals said Naim along with his friends went to take a bath in the river and drowned.
