Robbers hurt two

Two people were injured in an attack by robbers in Niribili area under Chaugachha upazila town of Jessore district on Monday.  The victims are Akhtarul Islam Lentu, 40, and Jahurul Islam, 25, of the town. Seriously injured Jahurul was rushed to Jessore Medical College Hospital. The robbers introducing themselves as policemen entered the house of Akhtarul early in the morning. The robbers swooped on the house owner and his neighbour Jahurul when they tried to catch them (robbers), said police.
