Schoolgirl found dead

Police recovered the body of an eight-year-old girl from a field at Panchakala village in Bera upazila of the district yesterday. The deceased, Mim, daughter of Abdul Mazid of the village, was a student of Class I at a local primary school, said Moshiur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Bera Police Station. Police said Mim went out of their house on Wednesday morning and remained missing since then. Locals spotted her body wrapped in a sack and informed the police. Being informed police went to the spot, recovered the body and sent it to Pabna Medical College Hospital for autopsy.
