Teacher fined for keeping mobile at SSC exam centre

A schoolteacher was fined for keeping mobile phone at an SSC examination centre in Khansama upazila yesterday.

Ramanath Roy, a teacher of Ramnagar High School in the upazila, was performing duty as an invigilator at Goaldighi High School centre.

Khansama UNO Sajebur Rahman entered the centre during the mathematics examination, found a cellphone in Ramanath's possession and fined him Tk 1000.
