Two held with Yaba

Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) arrested two alleged drug peddlers with 1,000 Yaba tablets in Haripur area of the district town on Wednesday. The arrestees are Selim Reza, 28, son of Saidur Rahman of Kholabona, and Sagor Ali, 22, son of Shahjahan Ali of Borgachhi village in Paba upazila of Rajshahi district. On secret information, a team of Rab-5 raided the area at night and arrested the two with the Yaba. Later, they were handed over to Sadar Police Station. A case was filed in this connection, said Assistant Superintendent of Police Alok Biswas of Chapainawabganj Rab camp.
