Youth held with hemp

Detective Branch of police arrested an alleged drug peddler with two kilograms of hemp in Thakurgaon railway station area of the district town on Monday. The arrestee is Anwarul Islam alias Kalu, 25, son of Rafiqul Islam of Sadar upazila. On secret information, the law enforcers raided the area and arrested Kalu with the hemp, said Sub-Inspector of Thakurgaon DB police Zahangir Alam.
