Crouching Tiger, Hidden Toddler

Our cover story deals with the games we used to play as kids. I was quite good at lukochuri and I miss it. I used to hide inside small closets, as I was very slightly built. I am currently far too conspicuous to hide easily. The SHOUT team would be poor at lukochuri. Our editor and Darshan Bhai, our photographer, would be difficult to conceal. Rumman is somewhat lanky and can hide behind a door. Labiba alone can fit inside a closet comfortably. Growing up is awful.

Echoes is as interesting as ever. This week Asrar Chowdhury writes about the limitations of purely mathematical analysis: numbers can only take you so far. Intuition is an important tool in identifying patterns and explaining phenomenon that the equations are baffled by.

Abtahi Iptesam is making waves as a rising star in the Bangladeshi YouTube scene with his covers of trendy rock songs. Our feature on his Studio 13 is on Page 11.

And finally, someone who's actually tried waving a sword around tells us exactly why dual-wielding katanas is something that you will only ever see in fiction and never in reality.
