Developing skilled labour force

Workers' efficiency is a big issue for a developing country like ours. Recently a discussion meeting titled, 'Possibility of economic progress of Bangladesh, South Asian experience' was held in Mohakhali, Dhaka. The speakers discussed the importance of training and advanced technology to improve workers' efficiency.
The total amount of remittance has increased over the years and we have come this far using our unskilled labour. The biggest challenge for us now is to continue this growth in the coming years. I think our remittance flow will increase significantly if we come up with new ideas, train our workers based on advanced technology and turn them into a skilled labour force.
